Consultation for revision of "Contingency Plan for JBA TIBOR Publication"

　Regarding calculation and publication of JBA TIBOR, we, JBA TIBOR Administration ("JBATA") (the chairman: Akihiro Wani), publish "Contingency Plan for JBA TIBOR Publication" ("contingency plan") which prepare for disaster.
　JBATA has decided to widely seek comments on revision of the contingency plan from users.
If you have any comments regarding the contingency plan, please submit it by August 31, 2016 with following manner.

１．Contents
　To increase effectiveness for publication of JBA TIBOR in emergency, in the case information vender can't publish JBA TIBOR rate, JBATA basically bulletins the rate on the first floor in Ginko Kaikan based on the Contingency Plan.
　JBATA considers the revision of Contingency Plan as attached paper to clarify publication of the rate on the website of JBATA or Ippan Shadan Hojin Osaka Banker's Association ("OBA") (back-up institution) in the case JBATA requests OBA to act in the position of the JBATA to review the JBA TIBOR and to grant the service provider permission to publish the JBA TIBOR.
　JBATA will finalize the revision of Contingency Plan taking into account comments JBATA received through this consultation (Scheduled effective date: November 2016).

２．How to submit your comments

　　From Friday July 29, 2016 to Wednesday August 31, 2016
　　(Comments should arrive at JBATA no later than August 31, 2016)
